About the Role
We are looking for an Executive Producer to lead Tahaluf’s new Creative Production Studio. This role involves building and managing a high-performing team that produces world-class environments and technical/RFP packs for events.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build, lead, and performance-manage a Creative Production Studio
- →Direct the day-to-day output of designers and CAD teams
- →Establish studio governance and quality standards
- →Lead creative development across all portfolios
- →Apply Value Engineering to optimize costs
- →Operate a preferred-partner-first approach with structured RFPs
- →Identify long-lead items and key constraints
- →Create high-value sponsorship inventory
- →Support delivery through build-up and on-site
- →Design scenic elements with reuse in mind
- →Run post-event reviews and maintain studio standards
Requirements
