As a Graphic Designer, you'll create memorable experiences that fans see, share, and remember across FAN EXPO, VidCon, Interior Design Show, Artist Project, One of a Kind Spring & Christmas Shows, and Art Toronto.

Key Responsibilities

• →Develop impactful, dynamic deliverables that align with established branding standards
• →Collaborate with creative services and cross-functional teams to generate breakthrough concepts that exceed creative brief requirements
• →Design motion graphics for digital initiatives, including video content, ensuring high-quality execution
• →Create advertisements, event branding, newsletters, social media graphics, sales kits, and web design
• →Utilize advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects)
• →Prepare files for CMYK output and manage print production processes with precision
• →Ensure all creative assets are optimized for both print and digital platforms
• →Facilitate creative development of new projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery
• →Develop and manage project schedules under strict deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards
• →Provide quality assurance for all creative deliverables, ensuring accuracy and consistency
• →Consult with senior stakeholders to provide expert guidance on design, communications, and digital solutions
• →Act as a trusted advisor to ensure creative solutions align with business objectives
• →Handle production responsibilities, including coordination with external vendors
• →Manage vendor relationships and oversee production quality for outsourced projects
• →Stay current with design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices
• →Proactively recommend innovative approaches to enhance design and communication strategies
• →Take ownership of developing this role beyond assigned projects
