About the Role
We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join LIONS Intelligence. This role focuses on growing billings and revenue from a defined group of clients by developing strong relationships and understanding their business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- →Meet/exceed annual value and volume renewal rate & upsell targets
- →Meet/exceed monthly KPI targets
- →Understand client pain points and consult on solutions that drive growth
- →Accurately forecast renewal conversation outcomes
- →Create annual business plans to identify risk & growth opportunities
- →Work with Customer Success team to identify at-risk renewals
- →Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- →Build strategic plans for clients to generate consistent pipeline
- →Understand reasons behind non-renewal and implement win-back strategies
Requirements
- ✓Experience in account management or business development
- ✓Strong understanding of client relationship management
- ✓Ability to develop strategic plans and forecasts
- ✓Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- ✓Experience with subscription-based products or services
- ✓Ability to meet and exceed targets consistently
