About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Manager, Event Housing to join our team. This role focuses on implementing innovative marketing strategies to increase hotel bookings across the North American portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- →Implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaign plans in alignment with business goals
- →Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation and revenue generation strategies
- →Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights
- →Develop and maintain a marketing calendar to ensure alignment with business objectives
- →Manage timelines across events to ensure proper planning, pacing, execution, and reporting
- →Create impactful, conversion-optimized marketing copy and graphics for various platforms
- →Foster and maintain relationships with Hotels, CVBs, Convention Centers, and other venues
- →Partner with key stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Housing and Event Teams
- →Monitor housing booking patterns, conversion rates, and revenue performance
- →Provide onsite support during shows and events
- →Manage housing-specific websites to ensure they are user-friendly and optimized for conversion
Requirements
- ✓Solid understanding of the marketing mix and strong collaboration skills
- ✓Ability to influence effectively and data-driven approach
- ✓Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- ✓Experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns
- ✓Knowledge of hotel industry and event marketing
- ✓Strong analytical skills to monitor and analyze housing booking patterns
- ✓Experience in managing partnerships and developing preferred partner programs
