About the Role
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to drive awareness and demand for HDI and ICMI's training products. This role will lead the strategy and execution of integrated marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads and support in-person training events.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with the Senior Director, Marketing to create marketing strategy and integrated marketing plans
- →Discover and pilot emerging marketing channels and digital solutions across diverse platforms
- →Collaborate on event website optimization to create seamless customer journeys
- →Track engagement metrics and implement targeted strategies to re-engage previous participants
- →Develop and execute data-driven, multi-channel marketing campaigns for training products
- →Produce impactful marketing and sales materials that create demand and drive conversion
- →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the prospect's journey and experience
- →Report on successes and learnings against KPIs
- →Grow and nurture target audiences through content marketing programs
- →Identify opportunities to build brand awareness through industry conferences, partnerships, and sponsorships
Requirements
- ✓Strategic marketing expertise combined with creative execution skills
- ✓Experience in developing integrated marketing campaigns
- ✓Knowledge of diverse marketing platforms including social media, streaming TV, search marketing, and digital advertising
- ✓Ability to track engagement metrics and implement targeted strategies
- ✓Strong collaboration and communication skills
- ✓Experience in reporting on marketing successes and learnings against KPIs
- ✓Ability to grow and nurture target audiences through content marketing programs
- ✓Experience in building brand awareness through industry conferences, partnerships, and sponsorships
