About the Role
The Product Manager is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing and empowering Product Managers, defining and implementing processes, standards, and best practices, and fostering the development of the product team. This role combines strategic thinking, operational efficiency, and team leadership to elevate the product function.
Key Responsibilities
- →Act as a mentor and coach for Product Managers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to enhance their skills and performance.
- →Develop and implement training programs, workshops, and resources to foster professional growth within the product team.
- →Build a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability across the product organization.
- →Define and implement standardized processes, frameworks, and best practices for product discovery, development, and delivery.
- →Establish clear guidelines for product ceremonies to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- →Periodically review and refine workflows to improve team productivity and product outcomes.
- →Collaborate with senior leadership to align product strategies with business goals and market opportunities.
- →Lead the definition of KPIs and metrics to measure product success and team performance.
- →Drive the prioritization of initiatives across the product portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- →Act as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- →Facilitate stakeholder alignment by clearly articulating product vision, strategy, and progress.
- →Represent the product team in executive meetings, providing updates and insights on product performance and opportunities.
- →Identify opportunities to challenge and disrupt the business, always seeking the next big idea.
- →Lead market research, user interviews, and competitive analysis to uncover new opportunities and refine existing products.
