About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead and elevate the creative vision behind exciting live events in North America. This role involves overseeing a team of designers and creating impactful work for iconic brands.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead and mentor a team of five designers, providing creative direction and professional development
- →Collaborate with the Project Manager to oversee project workflows and manage deadlines
- →Conceptualize and execute innovative campaign ideas from concept to delivery
- →Spearhead process improvements to enhance project efficiency and team collaboration
- →Oversee the end-to-end creative development of new projects, managing timelines and team workloads
- →Provide quality assurance for all creative deliverables across print and digital platforms
- →Manage print production and file preparation for CMYK output
- →Design motion graphics for digital initiatives using advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills
- →Contribute fresh design ideas to elevate branding and marketing campaigns
- →Research and implement current design trends and industry best practices
Requirements
- ✓Experience in Design and/or Art industries
- ✓People management experience and a passion for mentoring
- ✓Strong understanding of brand standards and creative vision
- ✓Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite
- ✓Experience with motion graphics and video content design
- ✓Knowledge of print production and CMYK file preparation
- ✓Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines
