About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Marketing Manager to join our team in Cairo, Egypt. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive creativity and enthusiasm within the marketing team. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for implementing marketing strategies for events and digital products, working closely with commercial leads to deliver successful campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the marketing team to deliver outbound marketing campaigns for exhibitions, conferences, awards, or digital products according to agreed KPIs.
- →Develop value propositions and go-to-market strategies for events in collaboration with commercial leads.
- →Oversee the delivery of marketing campaigns in line with business objectives set by the Head of Marketing or commercial leads.
- →Manage a diverse marketing team, providing guidance, feedback, and inspiration to line reports.
- →Monitor campaign performance and recommend changes based on data insights.
- →Work with internal teams to ensure data governance and data management policies are adhered to.
- →Plan and manage product marketing campaigns for exhibitions and virtual/hybrid events.
- →Manage the Content Calendar to ensure timely and relevant communications through various channels.
- →Establish and maintain relationships with strategic partners to maximize exposure.
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience in marketing strategy and campaign management.
- ✓Strong analytical and data-oriented skills with a history of testing and optimization.
- ✓Extensive experience in digital marketing and marketing technology.
- ✓Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
