About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Manager to oversee sales and business development activities for Super Terminal Expo, a company focused on intermodal terminal design and development with a focus on airports.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue and profitability goals
- →Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive sales growth
- →Establish strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- →Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions
- →Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team
- →Set clear performance expectations, sales targets, and KPIs for the team
- →Analyze sales data and generate reports to assess performance
- →Develop and manage sales budgets, revenue forecasts, and pricing strategies
- →Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- →Implement SF tools and processes to enhance customer engagement and retention
- →Work closely with the product, marketing, and finance teams
- →Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
