About the Role
We are looking for a UX Operations Lead to join our team. This role focuses on leading and overseeing the delivery of premium user experiences across various digital platforms and events.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support the Head of UX Operations in defining and championing the vision for exceptional user experiences
- →Align user experiences across all events, ensuring consistency and prioritizing impactful development efforts
- →Lead on backlog and support sprint planning sessions with our development team
- →Guide and mentor team members, overseeing the delivery of user journeys
- →Partner with key stakeholders to sign off on product lists, pricing, and customer journeys for each event
- →Oversee the delivery of launches, improvements, changes, and fixes, ensuring timelines and deadlines are met
- →Ensure internal and onsite systems are tested, efficient, and user-friendly
- →Attend events as required, including mandatory attendance at Cannes Lions
Requirements
- ✓Experience in leading UX operations and guiding teams
- ✓Strong understanding of user experience across multiple channels
- ✓Ability to align UX initiatives with business and customer goals
- ✓Experience working with stakeholders to ensure data flows and accuracy
- ✓Proficiency in conducting research to explore innovative solutions
- ✓Ability to document and refine user journeys using diagrams and visual tools
- ✓Experience in presenting new ideas or strategic initiatives to stakeholders
