About the Role
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Global People Team. This role focuses on partnering with hiring managers across APAC, with particular emphasis on the Middle East region. You will provide specialist recruitment expertise to resolve local challenges in candidate attraction and management throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment plans for candidate attraction
- →Work with local HR teams in global offices to provide recruitment assistance
- →Interview with managers across the global business for key roles and senior hires
- →Support the delivery of the global recruitment process and educate managers in best practices
- →Identify opportunities for combined resourcing activities across the business
- →Promote diverse candidate sourcing and equitable recruitment processes
- →Ensure recruitment advertising adheres to legislation and company policy
- →Promote recruitment messaging and brand across social media channels
- →Focus on talent acquisition for Dubai and the Middle East region
- →Support hiring for Commercial roles by providing exceptional manager and candidate support
- →Support the global TA team on ad-hoc projects as required
Requirements
- ✓Experience partnering with hiring managers on recruitment strategies
- ✓Strong understanding of candidate attraction and management throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- ✓Ability to work with local HR teams to resolve recruitment challenges
- ✓Experience conducting interviews for key roles and senior hires
- ✓Knowledge of global recruitment processes and best practices

- ✓Experience promoting diverse candidate sourcing and equitable recruitment processes
