About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Product Analyst to join Ingram Content Group's IT team in LaVergne, TN. This role will serve as a bridge between product management and engineering, ensuring technical execution aligns with product goals.
Key Responsibilities
- βDevelop deep functional and technical understanding of product features and workflows
- βTranslate complex business requirements into clear functional specifications and user stories
- βCollaborate with Product Managers and engineers to clarify requirements and ensure technical alignment
- βParticipate in product discovery, sprint planning, and backlog refinement
- βMaintain accurate technical documentation including process maps and data flows
- βManage complex integrations between product and partner platforms
- βUse developer tools to test APIs and verify data transformations
- βValidate acceptance criteria using data examples and scripts
- βTrack and communicate development progress, risks, and blockers
Requirements
- βBachelorβs degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- β6 years of experience in technical roles like Software Engineer or Technical Analyst
- βKnowledge of SQL, APIs, and data validation in SaaS environments
- βExperience with Agile development processes and tools (Jira, Confluence)
- βStrong technical literacy and ability to understand complex systems
- βProficiency in querying and validating complex datasets
- βExperience with REST APIs and tools like Postman
- βUnderstanding of system architecture and database concepts
- βScripting skills in JavaScript or Python
- βExcellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- βStrong written and verbal communication skills
- βBilingual (English/Spanish) preferred for international collaboration
