About the Role
We are looking for a Product Analyst to join our Pharmacy Business Unit at Inovalon. This role will perform market research and analyze market data to identify customer behaviors and trends, making recommendations and providing launch strategies to increase product line profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- →Analyze data and research the market and competition to identify market trends for product enhancements and new market opportunities
- →Forecast costs of developing and marketing products or features, as well as potential revenue and profit
- →Create performance reports and suggest improvements based on reports and reviews
- →Conduct interviews, focus groups, and usability tests to gather customer feedback
- →Collaborate with cross-functional teams and other product lines
- →Partner with Marketing to explore new markets and build competitive pricing strategies
- →Evaluate development and launch costs, suggesting improvements to product and development teams
- →Monitor product performance and provide detailed insights and reports
- →Maintain compliance with Inovalon’s policies, procedures, and HIPAA requirements
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of experience in Product Analyst or similar role
- ✓Strong knowledge of Agile process and principles
- ✓Experience in the healthcare industry required
- ✓Product management experience preferred
- ✓Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- ✓Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio), Confluence, and JIRA
- ✓Experience in conducting market research
- ✓Ability to work both independently and as a team member in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Highly self-motivated with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- ✓Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, marketing, information technology, math, economics, or related field required
