About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Engineer to join Inovalon, a healthcare technology company. This role will serve as the primary technical resource and trainer for the field sales force, driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- →Establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle
- →Function as the Subject Matter Expert to support sales productivity
- →Work with sales team to scope technical solutions for customer requirements
- →Coordinate with internal sales, sales support, and service resources
- →Provide training, coaching, and professional development to sales team
- →Participate on sales calls and guide clients on product deployment
- →Assist in troubleshooting integration and implementation issues
- →Maintain knowledge of Inovalon’s products and services
- →Respond effectively to RFPs/RFIs
- →Attain quarterly and annual objectives
Requirements
- ✓Experience with hospital, SNF, or Home Health EMR, PMS, HIS or Revenue Cycle Management systems
- ✓Previous experience as a sales engineer for a SaaS Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management company
- ✓Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- ✓Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- ✓Ability to travel to national and local tradeshows
- ✓Solid communication skills
- ✓Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Analytical mindset
- ✓Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience
