About the Role

We are looking for a Product Manager to join Inovalon's Insights business unit. This role involves managing key partner and platform integration products, working with stakeholders, and leading cross-functional teams for release and go-to-market plans.

Key Responsibilities

→Develop business cases to justify investment for product development, partnerships, or acquisitions
→Serve as the thought leader for product areas, representing the market and customer voice
→Build and maintain product roadmaps and work with cross-functional teams
→Define go-to-market strategy, product positioning, and pricing with Marketing and Sales
→Manage complex product priorities in a fast-paced environment
→Implement commercialization and launch plans for products
→Translate product strategy into requirements and prototypes
→Serve as a product evangelist with Marketing, Sales, and go-to-market teams
→Analyze and manage product metrics and KPIs
→Maintain compliance with Inovalon policies and HIPAA requirements

Requirements

✓Minimum of 8 years of Software Product Management experience with platform or integration products
✓Minimum of 5 years of healthcare IT experience focused on partner integration
✓Clinical trials experience preferred
✓Experience with Pragmatic Marketing or certification
✓Strategic and operational execution abilities
✓Track record of leading cross-functional teams from concept to reference customers
✓Experience creating and launching new products
✓Minimum of 3 years in Agile development
✓SaaS or cloud software experience
✓Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
✓Strong organizational and prioritization skills
✓Excellent written and oral presentation skills
✓Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
✓BA/BS Degree
