About the Role

We are looking for a Data Visualization Designer to join our Data and Process Automation team. This role focuses on creating clear, useful, and aesthetic data visualizations and dashboards for Customer Care teams across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities

→Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI.
→Create and optimize data models (fact tables, dimensions, relationships, hierarchies).
→Define measures and KPIs using DAX according to agreed business standards.
→Ensure consistent, readable, and ergonomic data visualization with consideration of UX principles.
→Maintain glossaries of terms, KPI definitions, and report documentation.
→Collaborate with Data Engineering teams regarding data quality and structure.
→Gather and analyze reporting requirements from business stakeholders.
→Test reports for data accuracy, performance, and business logic.
→Develop and adapt existing reports to changing organizational needs.
→Support users in data interpretation and report usage.
→Support process automation projects, including report integrations with Power Automate.
→Participate in data-driven initiatives and optimization projects in the Customer Care area.
