Requirements
- ✓5+ years experience in B2B software design
- ✓Ability to work in complex domains and distill ideas from multiple stakeholders
- ✓Zero to one mindset with a focus on iteration and collaboration
- ✓Calm under pressure with the ability to steer teams toward better outcomes
- ✓Comfortable with ambiguity and able to quickly get up to speed in active projects
- ✓Hungry and motivated with a customer-driven approach
- ✓Detail-oriented with skills in designing complex workflows and interactions
- ✓Technically curious and AI cognizant with aptitude for web front-end technology
- ✓Comfortable designing for the system using Figma and designing reusable web components
- ✓Experience with React is a bonus
