The EB Group Expert role is for someone who can think at the group level while acting at the country level - and does it with the help of AI.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and implement a group-wide employer branding strategy consistent across all markets (PL, UK, FR, IT, Iberia)
- →Manage EB projects end-to-end: recruitment campaigns, ambassador programs, events, and ESG initiatives
- →Collaborate with local HR teams and marketing — ensuring coordination across markets
- →Build relationships with senior stakeholders and leaders within the organization
- →Monitor and analyze KPIs for EB effectiveness — making data-driven decisions
- →Support recruitment and onboarding initiatives in a group-wide context
