About the Role
We are looking for an NLP Solution Designer to join InPost. This role focuses on developing and implementing advanced NLP solutions to improve operational efficiency in Customer Care, enhance customer experience (CX), and introduce innovative solutions that streamline processes and automate customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- βDesign architecture for NLP systems.
- βBuild and optimize NLP models (ML/DL) for tasks such as text analysis, chatbots, translations, and customer interaction automation.
- βIntegrate NLP solutions with corporate systems including applications, databases, APIs, and cloud platforms.
- βEvaluate NLP model quality using metrics like F1-score, BLEU, and perplexity.
- βAdapt NLP solutions to natural communication and improve user experiences.
- βImplement automation in areas such as customer feedback analysis, document processing, and query handling.
- βGather requirements and adapt solutions to stakeholder needs across different markets.
- βTrain ASR/TTS models.
Requirements
- βExperience in designing and implementing NLP solutions.
- βStrong background in machine learning and deep learning.
- βKnowledge of chatbot development and automation techniques.
- βFamiliarity with integrating NLP systems with various corporate systems.
- βUnderstanding of metrics for evaluating NLP model performance.
