About the Role

We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment processes across various business functions.

Key Responsibilities

→Lead end-to-end recruitment processes from intake meetings to offer stages
→Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and sourcing strategies
→Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, database search, and direct outreach
→Screen CVs and conduct structured competency-based interviews using STAR methodology
→Build and present shortlists with clear hiring recommendations
→Coordinate interview stages and ensure a smooth candidate experience
→Prepare and negotiate job offers with hiring managers and HR
→Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs
→Share market insights on salary benchmarks and talent availability
→Support internal mobility processes and ensure compliance with GDPR and company policies

Requirements
