About the Role
We are looking for a Data Reporting Specialist to join the Digital Transformation Center at Integer Group Services. This role involves shaping the target data reporting model as part of the strategic Lead-to-Cash program.
Key Responsibilities
- βIdentify new data and its sources in systems being implemented as part of the digital transformation Lead-to-Cash
- βEnsure data definition consistency and completeness between current and new systems (CRM, CPQ, Product Catalogue, and Billing)
- βAnalyze existing reports and diagnose needs
- βCollaborate with vendors regarding data reporting requirements
- βMaintain consistency, accuracy, and quality of data reported from new systems in the Lead-to-Cash program
- βCoordinate and be responsible for establishing configuration of views and dashboards at the CRM system level
- βHandle requests, errors, and exceptions that affect reporting changes or view/dashboard configurations
- βCollaborate with business departments, analytical departments, and the Data Science team to ensure data, data governance, and quality processes for the Lead-to-Cash program
- βImplement new reporting based on new systems in Poland and other countries of the InPost Group
Requirements
- βExperience with CRM, CPQ, Product Catalogue, and Billing systems
- βStrong understanding of data governance and data quality principles
- βExperience with reporting and dashboarding tools
- βAbility to analyze data and diagnose reporting needs
- βCollaboration skills with business and technical teams
- βExperience with data transformation and reporting implementation
