About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Consultant to join Insider One, a leading marketing and customer engagement platform. This role involves working with customer technical decision-makers to support digital transformation and implement solutions that align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- →Proactively engage with customer technical decision-makers and influencers
- →Run data workshops to build plans for implementing solutions
- →Drive pilots, proofs of concept (POC), and value optimization
- →Troubleshoot technical issues during implementation and deployment
- →Identify and resolve technical blockers to accelerate implementations
- →Engage with product and support teams to remediate blockers
- →Guide customer strategy and future growth using Insider One solutions
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- ✓Minimum 5 years of experience in consultative/complex technical deployment projects
- ✓Track record of building technical relationships with senior IT executives
- ✓Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- ✓Extensive technical experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructures
- ✓Familiarity with development methodologies and technologies
- ✓Strong product command and technical domain knowledge
