About the Role

We are looking for a Real Estate & Development Insights Manager to support national expansion through data-driven site selection, market planning, and development strategy. This individual contributor role manages the analytical engine for store development, combining market intelligence, geospatial analysis, and financial modeling to optimize expansion.

Key Responsibilities

→Own market planning analytics including identifying white space, prioritizing trade areas, and evaluating growth opportunities
→Conduct trade-area analyses using demographic, psychographic, mobility, and competitive data
→Build predictive models for sales potential, cannibalization, delivery radii, and ROI for new stores
→Lead analytical support for site approval meetings with data-driven recommendations
→Analyze construction timelines, budgets, change orders, and contractor performance
→Build dashboards tracking construction progress from LOI to store opening
→Serve as in-house expert on GIS and market planning tools like ESRI/ArcGIS and Placer.ai
→Maintain and improve data infrastructure supporting site selection and market intelligence
→Partner with stakeholders to validate and prioritize new store development
→Present insights to senior leadership with clarity and storytelling finesse

Requirements

✓Bachelor's degree
✓3-6 years experience in retail real estate analytics, site selection, GIS analysis, or development analytics
✓Proficient with GIS tools (ESRI/ArcGIS), mobility datasets (Placer.ai), SQL, and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI)
✓Strong financial modeling skills for sales forecasting and ROI analysis
✓Experience with development pipelines, construction tracking, or multi-site rollout analytics
✓Excellent communication and executive presentation skills
