About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our Strategic Partnerships team at Instacart. This role involves identifying, contacting, and qualifying independent retailers as potential partners for Instacart, as well as closing small business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- →Prospect and engage independent retailers to join the Instacart Marketplace.
- →Manage the end-to-end sales cycle for small opportunities.
- →Use cold calls and emails to identify new opportunities, drive value, and establish meaningful relationships with local retailers.
- →Develop sales collateral, case studies, and custom stories to translate the benefits of Instacart’s platform to independent retailers.
Requirements
- ✓Previous experience in a sales or business development role.
- ✓Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport and establish lasting relationships.
- ✓Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- ✓Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- ✓Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- ✓Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
