About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to join FoodStorm, part of Instacart, to own a critical product domain within FoodStorm’s Order Management Platform. This role will drive product strategy and execution that enables retailers to scale their operations both in store and online.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own a critical product area end-to-end, from discovery through delivery and iteration, ensuring clear commercial and customer outcomes are defined and achieved.
- →Translate customer needs and business objectives into clear product strategy, well-defined roadmaps, and focused execution plans grounded in data and measurable impact.
- →Work extensively with our retail partners to scope and test features, observe user behaviors, and iterate quickly.
- →Lead the entire product lifecycle, from deep user and retailer discovery to final delivery.
- →Champion best-in-class design and user experiences by applying strong product craft and design thinking principles.
- →Drive cross-functional alignment by partnering closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science and Operations teams.
Requirements
- ✓4+ years of Product Management experience, ideally within complex web-based or enterprise B2B software environments.
- ✓Experience driving product or technical innovation from 0-1.
- ✓Highly data-literate and comfortable working with complex analytics.
- ✓Ability to communicate complex ideas with clarity and influence.
- ✓Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in fast-moving environments.
- ✓Strong commitment to building great software and strong teams.
