About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the Shopping Experience team at Instacart. This role is responsible for the end-to-end consumer journey for a single retailer across Instacart’s app, web, and white-label experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the roadmap for cart, checkout, and order status page across Instacart and white-label retailer apps
- →Lead product discovery and specification, partnering with design and engineering
- →Instrument analytics end to end; design and run experiments
- →Collaborate with payments, risk, fulfillment, retail, and support teams
- →Balance platform consistency with retailer customization needs
- →Drive 0→1 and horizontal initiatives across Family, Shopping Lists, and Incentives UX
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of product management experience building consumer-facing products
- ✓3+ years in e-commerce, marketplace, or on-demand services
- ✓Proven track record shipping transactional flows at scale
- ✓Proficiency with product analytics and experimentation
- ✓Experience partnering with engineering, design, and data science
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in a technical, quantitative, or related field
