The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning people strategies with organizational goals. This role provides guidance on talent management, organizational effectiveness, employee relations, and workforce planning to drive performance, engagement, and business results.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Strategic Partnership
- Partner with leaders to understand business priorities and translate them into HR strategies.
- Advise on organizational design, workforce planning, and change initiatives.
- Use data and insights to inform decision-making and identify workforce trends.
Talent Management
- Support performance management, goal setting, and development planning.
- Partner on succession planning and leadership development.
- Identify capability gaps and recommend development solutions.
Employee Relations
- Coach managers on performance management, workplace concerns, and policy interpretation.
- Support or conduct investigations and ensure fair, consistent outcomes.
- Promote a positive, compliant, and respectful work environment.
Compensation & Workforce Planning
- Partner on compensation decisions, promotions, and role alignment.
- Support merit planning, market reviews, and internal equity analysis.
- Contribute to headcount planning and budget alignment.
Organizational Effectiveness & Change
- Support restructures, business transformations, and change management efforts.
- Drive engagement and culture initiatives.
- Facilitate communication and adoption of organizational changes.
HR Programs & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated solutions.
- Promote consistent application of HR programs and practices.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO KNOW/HAVE:
- Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Masterβs preferred).
- Typically 5-8+ years of progressive HR experience, including strategic HR partnership.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Experience advising leaders and managing complex employee relations matters.
