About the Role
We’re looking for a Sales & GTM Talent Partner to help build high-performing revenue teams while supporting key hires across the broader organization. This role focuses on Commercial and Enterprise Sales hiring, partnering with revenue leaders to attract, assess, and close exceptional talent.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own full-cycle recruiting for Sales and broader GTM roles
- →Partner with Sales leaders to develop data-informed hiring strategies
- →Build strong, diverse pipelines for Commercial and Enterprise roles
- →Engage and convert passive talent through personalized experiences
- →Lead structured interview processes prioritizing quality of hire
- →Provide consultative guidance on role scoping and decision-making
- →Partner on offer strategy, compensation alignment, and closing
- →Stay current on market trends in SaaS and revenue hiring
- →Continuously improve recruiting workflows and stakeholder partnership
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth environments
- ✓Demonstrated experience hiring Commercial and Enterprise sales roles (SaaS or tech preferred)
- ✓Experience supporting global hiring efforts (EMEA and/or South America exposure a plus)
- ✓Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously with high quality
- ✓Advanced sourcing skills and comfort engaging passive talent
- ✓Strong stakeholder management skills to influence hiring leaders
- ✓Commitment to candidate experience and hiring manager partnership
- ✓Experience with modern ATS systems (Ashby preferred)
