About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to work with Business/Government clients, focusing on supporting customers who have implemented the Instructure Learning Platform. This role will help retain and grow strategically identified client bases while ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage key customer relationships as a strategic partner
- →Manage the Instructure customer experience within your territory
- →Collaborate with Sales and Renewals to increase market share
- →Act as a liaison between customers and Instructure
- →Understand customer goals and help them achieve success
- →Share customer insights with Product and Strategy teams
- →Accountable for customer satisfaction and growth targets
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years of Account Management experience
- ✓Strong understanding of Customer Success in SaaS
- ✓Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- ✓Strong organizational skills with demonstrated follow-up
- ✓Capacity to set expectations and manage issues to completion
- ✓Ability to multitask and prioritize in a changing environment
- ✓Strong team mentality and customer-facing background in software
- ✓Demonstrated problem-solving abilities
- ✓Higher education industry experience preferred
