Instructure is seeking a driven Recruiter to support hiring across multiple functions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role will partner with leaders to attract and hire top talent globally.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple functions and levels
- →Partner with hiring managers to identify needs and define job requirements
- →Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies, focusing on passive talent
- →Screen, interview, and assess candidates for technical and cultural alignment
- →Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and guide interview processes
- →Focus on quality of hire, not just filling open roles
- →Partner with managers on offer development, salary recommendations, and candidate closing
- →Maintain knowledge of organizational structure and evolving workforce needs
- →Contribute to process improvements and recruiting best practices
- →Support employer branding and talent pipeline initiatives
Requirements
- ✓4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across multiple functions
- ✓Experience supporting global recruiting efforts; exposure to APAC and EMEA hiring is a plus
- ✓Experience using Ashby ATS (strongly preferred)
- ✓Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a high-growth environment
- ✓Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with modern recruiting tools
- ✓Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- ✓Detail-oriented, professional, persistent, and self-motivated
- ✓Comfortable working independently while collaborating across global teams
- ✓Ability to work US business hours from the Philippines
