About the Role
We are looking for a Chargeback Analyst to join our team. This role focuses on analyzing and validating chargeback claims and ensuring accurate financial reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities
- →Process chargeback claims and resubmissions
- →Analyze and validate all chargeback lines for assigned customer accounts
- →Identify root causes of discrepancies and take corrective action
- →Research chargeback rejections due to invalid data
- →Work with wholesalers and internal groups to resolve issues
- →Perform ad hoc reports and projects as required
- →Perform daily and monthly reconciliations of chargebacks
- →Interact with internal and external customers to resolve inquiries
Requirements
