Bring your curiosity, your craft, and your conviction. Headquartered in London. THE TASTE BEHIND EVERYTHING WE SHIP You will own how Intelligent Internet looks and moves on screen, end to end. From concept to camera to cut. Taste and craft. Both essential.     THE ROLE We need someone whose taste shapes every release we ship. You concept, produce, create, and cut: launch films, product demos, research explainers, social cuts, and the content package that lands them. This tole is on the comms and marketing team, working closely with design, marketing, and research. You are deeply passionate about AI. You watch what the labs and tech companies are putting out and you have a specific view on what's working, what isn't, and why. That sensibility shapes everything you make.     THE RESPONSIBILITIES Produce, create, and edit, end to end. Each video is yours from a blank page to publish: launch films, demos, research explainers, social cuts. Bring video and 3D craft to every frame. Motion graphics, kinetic type, 3D scenes and renders. The visual language is yours. Edit the content around each video. The thread, the caption, the carousel, the short-form recuts. The video is the asset; the supporting content makes sure it travels. Layer AI on top of the craft. AI accelerates and extends what you can produce. It does not replace the craft beneath it.     THE REQUIREMENTS MUST HAVE - A portfolio that proves taste and talent. Show us the whole pipeline. - 3+ years owning video work end to end. - Expert video editor and motion designer. After Effects is your home; you handle the wider stack. - 3D fluency. Cinema 4D, Blender, Houdini, or Unreal. You model, texture, light, and animate. - AI-native workflow across video, image, and audio. AI is part of how you work, not an experiment. - Genuine passion for AI. You follow it closely, you have opinions, you know why open weights matter. - Content instinct as a secondary skill. You can write the post that makes the video travel. NICE TO HAVE - Camera and lighting fluency - Strong 3D vendor relationships for the moments your own toolkit doesn't reach - Editing skills beyond video (Ie. copy, captions, longer-form text) - Experience packaging launches for press     WORKING ARRANGEMENT - Contract: Full-time and permanent - Location: London, on-site 4–5 days per week - Reports to: Chief Marketing Officer - Right to Work: UK right to work required OUR CULTURE It's open.
