About the Role
We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our team at Inter, a Super App with comprehensive digital banking solutions. This strategic role combines analytical and technical skills in data structuring and dashboard creation with business vision and interaction with executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead strategic projects for the PJ Wholesale Directorate from planning to delivery
- →Structure, review, and evolve processes with a focus on efficiency and scalability
- →Develop and maintain dashboards and data flows in Tableau
- →Create metrics, analyses, and management reports for executive leadership
- →Implement governance, monitoring, and evolution of the department's KPIs
- →Serve as an integration point between wholesale directorates, promoting insight exchange and supporting partner areas
- →Develop materials for executive presentations, translating data into clear narratives for decision-making
Requirements
- ✓Completed higher education in exact sciences, technology, or related fields
- ✓Experience with dashboard construction and data modeling
- ✓Intermediate-advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau or equivalents), with autonomy for dashboard construction and data modeling
- ✓Advanced Excel and/or SQL for data analysis and processing
- ✓Experience with KPI creation and management indicator monitoring
