Join Inter's Financial Performance team and lead strategic analyses that directly impact executive decisions. Your mission will be to develop robust financial models, conduct presentations for senior leadership, and serve as a technical reference for financial products, contributing to sustainable and profitable business growth through data-driven insights and long-term strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities

• →Lead the development of long-term strategic financial modeling, defining methodologies and guiding the identification of key product levers, responsible for building and validating budget/forecast;
• →Serve as technical reference in business knowledge, conducting presentations in executive forums and influencing strategic decisions of senior leadership;
• →Lead the creation of complex strategic materials and advanced financial analyses, mentoring junior and mid-level professionals;
• →Act as a focal point between multiple teams, coordinating cross-functional initiatives and leading action-taking to achieve established goals;
• →Lead transformation projects for data, process, and tool improvements, defining roadmaps and implementing innovative solutions;
• →Develop strategic reports and dashboards, establishing standards and assisting the rest of the team;
• →Establish processes for documenting assumptions and business rules, ensuring governance and quality of analyses.
