About the Role
OakNorth is seeking a Group Product Manager to lead the digital transformation of credit analysis within loan underwriting as part of the Digital Lending program. This senior product leadership role will shape the vision, roadmap, and outcomes for how credit analysis is performed, supported, and scaled through technology.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the strategy and delivery of digital transformation in credit analysis
- →Shape the vision, roadmap, and outcomes for credit analysis technology
- →Manage a team of senior and mid-level Product Leads
- →Translate lending strategy into a coherent product roadmap
- →Ensure solutions are adopted and trusted by Credit Analysts
- →Build strong relationships with Credit, Risk, and Lending stakeholders
- →Apply data, automation, and AI to improve credit analysis
- →Establish product management standards across discovery, prioritisation, delivery, and measurement
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience leading digitisation of credit analysis or underwriting
- ✓Understanding of best-in-class digital credit analysis
- ✓Experience operating in high-challenge environments
- ✓Ability to set a bold product vision and manage details
- ✓Experience leading and developing product managers
- ✓Outcomes-driven with strong self-motivation
- ✓Ability to influence senior stakeholders
- ✓Experience with data analysis, AI, and automation
