Key Responsibilities
- →Assist with customer support for InterShop marketplace products
- →Contribute to positive customer experiences throughout interactions
- →Handle daily customer requests while respecting agreed deadlines
- →Monitor satisfaction and quality indicators
- →Help implement process improvements to reduce complaints
- →Support internal team activities related to the marketplace
Requirements
- ✓Currently enrolled in higher education in Administration, Communication, or related fields
- ✓Basic knowledge of digital tools and e-commerce
- ✓Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ✓Analytical ability to identify problems and propose solutions
- ✓Patience and empathy for handling adverse situations
