About the Role

We are looking for an Operations and Logistics Manager to lead our Inter Pag Operations team. Your mission will be to command and optimize the entire logistics chain and back-office operations, ensuring an impeccable experience for our customers and driving business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

→Manage the complete lifecycle of our assets (payment terminals), from acquisition and delivery to maintenance and uninstallation.
→Lead the management of our logistics operator partner, defining KPIs, ensuring SLAs, and seeking continuous improvement in the partnership.
→Manage the back-office operations team (Level 2), ensuring efficient resolution of issues and quality customer service.
→Analyze operation performance data and indicators to generate insights, make evidence-based decisions, and report results to leadership.
→Identify and implement automation and process optimization projects, using AI tools to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs.
→Raise the delivery standard and challenge the status quo, constantly seeking innovative ways to improve customer experience and logistics efficiency.

Requirements

✓Solid experience in operations management, logistics, or related areas.
✓Strong analytical ability and data-driven profile, with mastery of tools like Excel.
✓Experience in team management and resource organization to achieve goals.
✓Sense of ownership and accountability to solve end-to-end problems.

✓Availability to work on-call/standby shifts as needed by operations.
