About the Role
Join Inter's Operations team with a focus on technology to directly work on task and process automation. This role involves identifying optimization opportunities and collaborating with data engineers, analysts, and business areas.
Key Responsibilities
- →Identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for process and product optimization
- →Work with data engineers, analysts, and business areas to define hypotheses and data-based solutions
- →Build dashboards and reports that translate technical results into clear, actionable information
- →Support the architecture team in building solutions involving AI at scale in a microservices environment
- →Measure the results of initiatives developed from our deliveries
- →Conduct end-to-end analyses including data source identification, technical requirements specifications, data processing and analysis, system modeling, and result presentation
- →Develop MLOPs pipelines to ensure efficiency and scalability in data modeling solution implementation
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields
- ✓Experience with statistical and mathematical modeling
- ✓Strong knowledge of SQL and large database manipulation
- ✓Knowledge of data visualization (Tableau or Python libraries)
- ✓Desirable knowledge of AWS, Python, Spark, and MLFlow
- ✓Desirable experience in the financial sector and related fields
