About the Role
Join the Software Engineering team at Inter, responsible for critical Platform Engineering products like Gateway, i-Safe, and Login. Your mission will be to develop and evolve platforms that ensure security, scalability, and availability for millions of users, building the technological foundation that supports the company's entire service ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop resilient and scalable APIs that process millions of daily transactions.
- →Implement performance improvements in core systems.
- →Collaborate with other teams on new service integration.
- →Participate in troubleshooting critical incidents and implement robust solutions.
- →Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentoring.
- →Contribute to the evolution of team architecture and engineering practices.
Requirements
- ✓Solid experience with backend development in Java/GO.
- ✓Deep knowledge of REST APIs, JWT/OAuth authentication, and relational databases.
- ✓Experience with high availability and scalable systems.
- ✓Experience with containers and observability tools.
- ✓Intermediate English for technical reading.
- ✓Ownership and quality mindset for critical systems.
