About the Role
We are looking for a Java Developer to join our Cards team at Inter. This role involves architecting and developing scalable software solutions using Java with Micronaut/Spring frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- →Architect and develop scalable software solutions using Java with Micronaut/Spring
- →Lead technical implementation of microservices to support critical products and services
- →Develop and maintain high scalability and performance solutions for critical card services
- →Mentor junior, mid-level, and senior developers, promoting good development practices
- →Optimize application and infrastructure performance, identifying bottlenecks and proposing solutions
- →Collaborate on defining architectural standards and technical guidelines for the team
- →Conduct technical reviews and ensure quality and security of developed solutions
Requirements
- ✓Completed higher education in information systems, software engineering, or related fields
- ✓Advanced experience (+3 years) with object-oriented programming and design patterns
- ✓Solid experience with Java and Micronaut framework, or similar in another language
- ✓Expertise in relational and non-relational databases
- ✓Extensive experience in cloud computing, preferably AWS (Lambda, ECS, RDS, S3, CloudFormation)
- ✓Advanced knowledge of Design Patterns, microservices architectures, and REST APIs
- ✓Experience with containerization
- ✓Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices
- ✓Experience with event-driven architectures and message brokers
- ✓Ability to provide technical leadership and mentor teams
