About the Role
Join our Customer Intelligence team at Inter, a Super App offering digital banking, investments, credit, insurance, and more. You'll work directly with Salesforce (Sales Cloud) to meet business needs, improve processes, and ensure platform governance.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop Salesforce projects using APEX, LWC, Aura, Flow, Trigger, Rules, and Admin
- →Implement DevOps processes using GitLab
- →Understand business requirements to design solutions that automate and improve processes
- →Create documentation for developed solutions
- →Support the development team with process challenges
- →Ensure platform governance by applying best practices
- →Collaborate with CRM, Marketing, Data, and other IT areas to enhance customer interactions
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields
- ✓Experience with Salesforce, including technical knowledge of APEX, LWC, Aura, Flow, Trigger, Rules, and Admin
- ✓Knowledge of DevOps processes (GitLab, GitHub)
- ✓Experience working in agile squads
- ✓Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams
