About the Role
We are looking for a versatile software engineer to join Intrinsic, Alphabet's industrial robotics division. This role focuses on developing and maintaining automated tests for robotics software using modern technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and maintain tests with Cypress, Python, C++ to ensure the reliability of Intrinsic's robotics software
- →Leverage Google’s AI tools to accelerate test development & tooling, error analyses, reporting & dashboards
- →Develop test engineering and software engineering skills in a real-world environment
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s, or Master’s student in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- ✓Knowledge and proficiency in modern software development languages, like Python
- ✓Experience with using AI for software-based automation efforts
- ✓Enthusiasm for solving problems in full-stack software, artificial intelligence, and robotics
- ✓Interest in testing and automation to maintain quality, reliability, and performance
- ✓Strong verbal and written communication skills, and ability to coordinate cross-functionally
