About the Role
We are looking for a Software Developer to join our Leadership Development Program at ION, a progressive FinTech company providing software and consultancy services globally. This role involves developing products for Tier 1 banks and Fortune 100 corporations.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop products for global customers including Tier 1 banks and Fortune 100 corporations
- →Analyze business requirements and product solutioning
- →Create architecture and designs using latest software engineering principles
- →Code, test, and continuously integrate solutions using latest technologies
- →Build innovative products that reduce business process complexity and increase organizational efficiency
- →Resolve complex technical and business issues and communicate effectively with internal teams and clients
- →Automate complex business workflows and processes
- →Communicate effectively and prepare internal and client-facing presentations
- →Take ownership of projects and manage deadlines
- →Exercise attention to detail in all aspects of performance

Requirements
- ✓Graduation in 2026
- ✓2:1 or above
- ✓Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or related STEM majors (Computer Science, Data Science, Quantitative Finance) with hands-on programming experience
- ✓Authorization to work in selected country without restriction or need for sponsorship
- ✓Demonstrated interest in finance and/or technology, ideally including work experience
- ✓Passion for learning, self-improvement, and a questioning and challenging mindset
- ✓Motivated self-starter who is proactive, enthusiastic, and passionate about what they do
- ✓Strong problem-solving capabilities and the desire to understand the 'why' behind each problem
