Key Responsibilities
- →Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, from pre-employment documentation to Day 1 readiness and post-onboarding completion
- →Coordinate closely with Recruitment, Hiring Managers, IT, Facilities, and Payroll to ensure all onboarding requirements are completed accurately and on time
- →Prepare, collect, verify, and maintain all employment-related documents
- →Ensure completeness, accuracy, and proper filing of both physical and electronic employee records
- →Maintain clear and traceable paper trails for audits and compliance requirements
- →Update HR systems and trackers with new hire information and document status
- →Provide onboarding guidance to new hires, addressing documentation requirements and basic HR-related queries
- →Monitor onboarding progress and follow up on missing or pending requirements
- →Support continuous improvement of onboarding processes, checklists, templates, and filing systems
- →Manage confidentiality and sensitive employee information with the highest level of integrity and professionalism
- →Accepts other responsibilities as assigned by superior
- →Creates and preserves the most favorable Company image by conducting all functions in the most ethical and fair manner
- →Administers all assigned functions consistent with and in support of the company's goals
Requirements
- ✓2-3 years experience in HR administration, onboarding, or people operations
- ✓Knowledge of employment documentation and HR record-keeping practices
- ✓Proficient in Google applications and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Forms, Calendar)
- ✓Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- ✓Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases
