About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Working Student to join our Global IT Support team at IONOS, the leading European provider of cloud infrastructure and hosting services. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional IT environment while pursuing your studies.
Key Responsibilities
- →Provide professional helpdesk support to internal colleagues, assisting with hardware and software inquiries
- →Coordinate and execute the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they have the necessary technical setup from day one
- →Prepare and configure hardware components (laptops, peripherals) for distribution
- →Maintain and update technical documentation to ensure knowledge sharing within the team
- →Manage and track IT inventory to ensure all assets are accounted for and available
Requirements
- ✓Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Information Technology, Computer Science, or a comparable field
- ✓Initial experience in IT support or a strong passion for troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- ✓Reliable and structured way of working with a high level of service orientation
- ✓Ability to explain complex technical issues in a simple and understandable way
- ✓Fluency in English and German is required
