About the Role

Iru is seeking an Engineering Manager for Vulnerability Management to lead a team developing a high-performance system for processing billions of events in real-time. This role is critical to helping customers detect and assess risks immediately.

Key Responsibilities

→Lead a team of engineers focused on vulnerability management
→Create a collaborative work environment that fosters autonomy and innovation
→Contribute to the organization’s vision around security and quality
→Share knowledge through code reviews, design documents, and mentorship
→Collaborate with Design and Product teams on roadmap development
→Work with other engineering teams to improve productivity and code quality

Requirements

✓7+ years of experience designing and building scalable applications
✓2+ years of hands-on technical leadership and people management experience
✓Experience with real-time data processing systems using streaming architectures
✓Experience driving large-scale initiatives for SaaS products
✓Deep understanding of agile methodologies
✓Exceptional communication skills
✓Required to work on-site 3 days a week in Miami
