About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Application Engineer Intern to join our RUN team at Ivalua. This role involves supporting clients post going-live to ensure a smooth transition and exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- →Help gather business requirements and analyze their impact on implemented solutions
- →Advise on procurement leading practices and configuration management
- →Learn Ivalua products and get certified with Ivalua modules
- →Use Ivalua Buyer technical framework (C#, .NET & SQL) to configure and customize solutions
- →Interact with R&D team for product features
- →Solve technical operational issues and assist other team members
Requirements
- ✓At least 0+ years of experience in software development, primarily in C#, .NET, and SQL Server
- ✓At least 0+ years' experience in a client facing role
- ✓Comfortable looking for configuration solutions versus new coding and development
- ✓Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- ✓Time and stress management skills
- ✓Solid problem-solving skills
- ✓Ability to conduct business in English is required
