About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Application Engineer to join our RUN team at Ivalua. This role involves supporting clients post go-live to ensure exceptional client experiences. You will be the first point of contact for clients who have implemented Ivalua and are engaged with us.

Key Responsibilities

→Manage customer relations for the maintenance of the Buyer application
→Be the dedicated contact for the client administrator of the Ivalua solution on 1 to 5 accounts
→Guarantee customer satisfaction by providing attention and technical expertise
→Conduct weekly meetings for prioritization of requests and monthly meetings for maintenance reports
→Monitor and qualify customer requests
→Troubleshoot anomalies down to the root cause and correct configurations
→Analyze client needs, gaps, and processes
→Liaise with project engineers and produce cost estimates for requests
→Configure the solution and reduce specific code
→Prepare for solution upgrades, including generic code, specific configurations, and tests
→Support customer acceptance and production go-live
→Provide training on new features and product advancements
→Report customer needs and projects to R&D
→Participate in customer specification and configuration workshops

Requirements

✓At least 3 years’ experience in software development using C# and SQL Server
✓Comfortable looking for configuration solutions versus new coding and development
✓Able to manage client relationships
✓Self-driven, results oriented, strong leadership skills
✓Exceptional communication and time management skills
✓Solid problem-solving skills and able to work under time pressures
✓Can demonstrate the ability to adapt to customer and partner restraints
