About the Role
We are looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to join Ivo, a company pioneering AI solutions for legal document management. This role focuses on building and maintaining the foundation for Ivo’s platform, which helps automate legal drudgery for in-house legal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own and shape the future of our environment, designing systems from the ground up
- →Manage numerous customer deployments, ensuring each has their own containers, database, and VPC
- →Instrument our system to identify performance bottlenecks and errors
- →Aggregate metrics, logs, and health checks into dashboards and pager alerts
- →Handle on-call duties and lead infrastructure-related incidents
- →Optimize our CI/CD system to significantly reduce build times
- →Develop on-the-fly LLM evaluations to monitor response accuracy
- →Build autonomous agents to detect and diagnose production issues
Requirements
- ✓Strong background in infrastructure engineering and distributed systems
- ✓Experience with containerization, database management, and VPC
- ✓Proficiency in CI/CD systems and optimization
- ✓Familiarity with LLMs and their applications in production environments
- ✓Ability to work in a startup environment with a bias towards action
