About the Role
We are looking for a Product Strategy Analyst to join iwoca, a fintech company providing flexible finance solutions for small businesses. You'll shape how new customers move from initial interest to receiving a lending offer, using data, experimentation, and commercial judgment to influence decisions about conversion, risk, and customer value.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead analytical and strategic projects that shape how new customers move through iwoca’s application and assessment process
- →Identify opportunities within the sign-up funnel and plan experiments to inform product changes
- →Work closely with engineers, designers, data scientists, and credit stakeholders to implement changes
- →Develop lending strategy and assessment processes, examining document requirements and recommending improvements
- →Analyse application funnel performance to spot drop-off and inefficiency
- →Design and evaluate structured experiments to test alternative customer journeys
- →Present analyses and recommendations to senior stakeholders
Requirements
- ✓Experience in strategy, analytics, product, finance, or consulting roles
- ✓Quantitative background in a STEM discipline
- ✓SQL fluency for querying and analysing large datasets
- ✓Critical thinking mindset for rigorous problem examination
- ✓Clear communication skills for framing statistical results
- ✓Bonus: Experience with A/B testing, engineering/data science collaboration, customer journey analysis, or Python
